STATEMENT OF AGGREGATION OF RESPONDENT FEEDBACK

This project is about Health Information Security and Privacy in Ohio.

Since this project is about collecting the actual practices, policies, and privacy issues as they are in our state, we want to make the environment of our meetings open, safe and respectful of all of our contributions.

 

Your name or direct identification will not be attached to the records generated from the meeting. We ask that all participants will do the same or not participate, as this idea is central to the project's success.

Are there notes for the Child Health and Lab meetingS?

These are very helpful! Interesting to see the diffierent levels of understanding and concern from stakeholders.
