The RoadMap focus needs to be generic describing more planning goals rather than implementation methods. For example, it may appear to readers that a payer record is advocated or a patient portal is advocated, whereas the focus needs to be the ubiquitous availability of accurate health information at the point of care. Describing how that will be done will involves adaptation to evolving technologies.
